Open hours (Mountain time) are 10am-6pm Monday-Thursday, 10am-3pm Friday, closed on weekends and holidays. My schedule may fill up a week or more in advance so booking ahead is a good idea. I am currently booking new clients in mid-May so that I can serve my existing clients. All meetings are virtual.
My work for each meeting begins prior to any meeting, when I assess your New Client Intake Questionnaire and any provided health data, or when I review your case history and/or new health data prior to an Update Meeting. Payment is required to hold an Intake Meeting time due the volume of work that begins before we even meet. A valid credit card is required to hold an Update meeting and payment will be processed at the end of our meeting, or you may pay in advance. Any meeting time that is extended, time permitting, will be pro-rated and billed accordingly. If you think you'll need a longer meeting, please let me know! You are also welcome to pay with Venmo or purchase a bundle of meetings.

If you must cancel or postpone your meeting, you may do so online using this scheduling system, or contact me no later than 24 hours before your meeting start time to avoid cancellation fees. I am trying to serve as many people as thoroughly and efficiently as possible. Cheers to your health!
